Unlike other wholesale platform, ITvoe doesn't set a big price gradient based on order quantity. Even you buy a little gadget here, you only pay in wholesale price. For wholesalers and large orders, we share more profits to you by assign you great discount prior to the wholesale price. In general, you can enjoy 5-10% cheaper price from us than buying from other wholesale sites.
Can I pay you via credit card?
-- To protect your CC safe, we don't receive payment via CC online. However, you can send your payment from CC via PayPal, which is recommended payment term for online shopping.
How do I know my payment has been received?
-- When you choose to pay online via PayPal, you will be redirected to your PayPal account to send out your payment. And once you make the payment, invoice will be sent from both PayPal and ITvoe to inform you that the payment has been received by us.
How can I get an invoice from ITvoe?

What if I don't receive my item?
-- As express courier is trackable, so you don't need to worry about you will miss the package unless your shipping address is wrong. In this case, you can contact the express company to change the address for you. And in case the courier lost the parcel we sent, we will take full responsibility for it.
